SUMMARY OF CONDITIONS OF HIRE
Booking/Payment:
A holding deposit of £100 will be required, the balance of one third on formal booking. The final balance six weeks prior to arrival. Late payment will be deemed a cancellation. Cancellation conditions apply.
Safety:
All health, safety and fire regulations must be complied with at all times.
Pets:
We do not take pets and are strictly non smoking.
Occupancy:
People using the cottage must not exceed the number as stated on this web site.
Arrive/Depart Time:
Period of hire is from 4.00pm on arrival day to 9.45am on departure day.
Breakages:
The client is responsible to reimburse the owners for any damage or breakages.
Fuel:
Any Fuel used will be charged for at the end of your stay.
Responsibility of Care:
The client shall take all reasonable and proper care of the property, fixtures, fittings and effects and leave them in repair and in the same clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period as they found them on arrival. If you have any special needs, please advise us at the time of booking and confirm in writting.
Cleaning:
If any end of stay cleaning is necessary this will be charged for.
Deposit:
A Housekeeping deposit of £80 may be requested on arrival, this will be returned in full, if the accommodation is left as you found it on arrival. Less any disbursements.
